We are going to take a stand on the Trade Mark issues..

The Name Southern Cruisers Riding Club or a reference to the
Southern Cruisers Riding Club is protected by International Trademark Laws.

This applies to everyone.

PLEASE READ....This will be enforced...Effective 01/01/05

Before the use of the Club Logo and or reference to the name Southern Cruisers (or)
Southern Cruisers Riding Club : Contact the Trademark owner. Rickster@SouthernCruisers.Net

Only the Local Chapter Banner and Chapter Patch for the front of the Vest has
been granted for use for the Membership of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club.

All Chapter Banners and Chapter Patches for the Front of the Vest have to be
Approved by the National Vice President: Richard@SouthernCruisers.Net

All Event Merchandise that uses a Reference to the Southern Cruisers
will need to be Approved By the National Rides and Events Director
This is for Approved Events Only : Bubba@SouthernCruisers.Net

No other merchandise will ever be made bearing
a reference to the Southern Cruisers or its Logo

Officers and Members of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club need to review the Club CONSTITUTION
before the use of the Logo and or Name for local Chapter use and or Local Events and Rallies. Failure
to do this could result in termination of your Membership and possible Legal Issues...
